So much has been going since Friday. Badminton, swimming and steamboat on Friday with the gang where at the end we found out Qian's car got broken into but nothing was stolen. We love you Qian Lim! Saturday we volunteered to go for a Kiwanis annual event where we try to give back to the community by bring kids to Sunway Lagoon to have fun! I was so happy to be staying under the sun sweating cause the smile on their faces was worth it all. Making sure they have enough water to drink and its okay to ask water from me. Making sure they are having fun and do what they wanna do just as long as its safe for them. I was like a kid playing all the kid rides which was really fun. Sunday, today when and helped a best friend of mine Karmun to do some outdoor photo shoot so we head down to town. She look really really good in most of them in my opinion then me, Ken and my parents head down to Subang for a mini BBQ dinner with my uncles and I finally got to see my COUSINS who came back from Aussie. All in all it was a really really good weekend for me. Who says FUN isn't tiring? And at the end of the week right now I can only think and doubt myself if I'm actually good in photography or am I just lucky with it so far.

Today, it was Kiwanis 12th Annual Children's Party at Sunway Lagoon. Me and 18 other Kiwanis Campers (including Natalie) volunteered to look after the kids. The kids from Sunbeams home are really adorable. And when they bring up about family, I can't help but feel sad for them. The kids really liked the attention we gave them, and competed for our attention and affection. I adored them. I hope they had a wonderful time today, and I hope to see them again soon!

And I know this sounds weird, but I think I am not THAT bad with kids :)

What a day, today is the day where i ran 30+ rounds in the arena, its the day where i learned annoying skills from Ming Wai, Its the day where i had a leg cram so bad i wanted to yell out mean scary words. its the day where Ming Wai wanted to celebrate on getting his shiny apples by treating all of us Yuen Steamboat( Its a steamboat buffet, the food is quite fresh and everything tastes good. Haha the chicken wings, people would have to run and fight for it. Yes its that good. Awesome stuff )but also the day where someone broke into my car to steal stuff. Oh nothing was stolen, but the glass window break in speaks for its self, lesson learned the hard way, never ever keep your bag hanging around even if theres nothing inside. I've gotten my lesson the hard hard way. A day to remember for both good and bad.

What is the odd that I just turned 20 two days again and I'm lucky enough to about on the day of my birthday and blog now for our #20 post. :] Amazing la how its like destined. Anyways, on my way home from class I stop by Desa Park City to shop for some fuel for my late night or really early morning hunger. I'm more nocturnal this year compared to last year. I can stay up till 9am and then go class. The earliest I sleep is after 3am. So yeah, when I can sleep and I do some thinking and soul searching I think of food too. I wanna get my hands on something to munch. Hence all the junk I got today. I need friends who are willing to model for me by the way. I know I'm no good then average people out there but I wanna learn. :] Anyone? Can't wait for tomorrow to come. Badminton, a bit of gym then swimming and dinner. I miss them.

Ate oat porridge and watched Sherlock Holmes. It's really fun. Though I do must focus more on my studies. Tee Hee!

As most of you already know and might even wished me on Facebook or called me personally or texted me to wish me well for me officially being a adult. No more a teenager already. A whole new diary to begin with. I didn't party hard. I didn't play hard. I didn't do anything at all to give myself hope for a new good start. I just stay in the comfort of my own bed and sleep through the day mostly. How I wished I did do something to signify something or to make me feel its somehow different and special. Its just another normal day where a average girl like me just do nothing. :) But no worries. Last year I went for the few biggest concerts that the music industry has to offer. And I hanged out a lot with the Sexylicious that I feel so much closer to them as each week passes. Birthday don't mean much to me it never did and for that reason alone I fear that each passing year my birthday will continue to be like how it always been just a normal day ushering my life ahead with nothing. Oh oh. So to finally conclude 2009 on my birthday. I had a hell of a year from going to my very first HELP event with Karmun to ManU football match with Karmun to MTV World Stage with Karmun to The All American Rejects concert with Ken and his gang to Cuci The Musical with parents and Vina to ending the year with the people whom I love most the sexy gang. What better way to shout out BE READY for ME WORLD! :)

Its funny how things work out and just fits itself into place, i found myself smiling to myself in the morning. Could be the dream i've dreamt or the fact that i've had a pleasant night. But no im not crazy :) just a feeling you get sometimes. Feeling happy just because.

Congratulations Wan Ming Wai for getting those yummy apples. You deserved it and i'm really proud of you, i guess i have to step up to a whole new level to meet up with your expectations huh? Haha will try.

I'm happy with a smile on my face. I'm content. What I have now is good enough for me. Having them in my life just makes everything so much more fun, memorable and sentimental. With them life gets a lil easier to go by knowing they have you back. 2 more days till I hit the big 20. No more a teen but on the way to being a adult. So thank you and I love you guys. Nigel Law Ken Lam (Ken), Ming Wai Wan, Praevina Raj, Eva Woon, Sabrina Cheong, Qian Lim, Keith See, Sheena Liam, Kevin Vong, Vesakha Tzl, Aileen Chew, Abiseshana Mohan (Abby) and Nisha. Had a movies night at Aaron's.

We watched Extract(2009) and The Lovely Bones (2009). Extract was a lousy movie with maybe a few laughable moments, but stupid still. The Lovely Bones however was beautiful and thoughtful (my kind of movie), though my friends are too 'shallow' to enjoy it :P Who laughs and scoffs at sad and meaningful movies wan?! Sigh, why do I enjoy hanging out with people like them?

Thanks guys for the night! Now we're left with Invictus, The Road, My Sister's Keeper and Sherlock Holmes!

*the teddy bear that was addicted to coffee, she's a photographer but deep inside we all know she's a superfish :)

Swiish what a day..badminton, swimming, steam room *where we all would steam (HAR HAR funny)*, Nat's surprise partay, to me it feels so good to just be around this group of people, it feels right, to me it feels like family.

Badminton is FUN :) haha soo long since i've held a racket in my hand, "Ming Wai~teaaach meeeee" haha he's really good. Its nice that we plan to do something fun and healthy, it somehow brings us closer .
Well today we had a big missionn to accomplish, make sure Nat has fun and know nothing about the birthday surprise, and we did it fairly well haha though the reaction from Natalie was " omg,you all ahh!" things happen so fast, and soon she'll be 20. A big number for Natalie but she was looking so forward to it. The restaurent called "Kitchen Creatures" in centerpoint, awesome food. i seriously love "Chicken ala king". it had really nice taste to it. Mushrooms coated with their special gravy served with chicken and rice.i think im starting to salivate again.mmmmm .HEHEHE once again mission accomplished, all thanks to Ken and Nat's friends for planning and stuff haha.

That's me wearing Abel's gloves. Every Wednesday is winter day at college. Class C20 is inhumanely cold I tell you!

Today, we had the student council meeting. I took the form. First, you have to write an essay and get shortlisted for interview. If you've made it (essay AND interview) through, then you have to start campaigning. Lastly, there will be voting.

Honestly, I'm shit scared. I'm afraid that I'll fail. I feel doubtful and apprehensive. The students I'm competing with, they look as capable as I am (some even more). They look richer and more popular, and that will give them the upper hand in campaigning. But then again, never try never know. I think I'm extremely capable of the duties involved and I really want the experience. So for once in my life, I'm gonna be bold. Wish me luck!

Played around with the highlights and added saturation into the photo. Was bored and I just got this door hanging on Monday after class. I made a RM10 donation to the Spastic Children Association(SCA) and they gave me this. So I was HELL YEAH the statement on the door hanger is SO ME! I'm like this sleep/nap addict la, I admit. I'm even a tv series addict. I have to watch any tv series I follow only I can sleep. I'm the most crazy nuts fan for the Man of Steel/ The Blur/The Red Blue Blur aka also known as Superman. So I guess I'm addicted to Superman or anything to do with it. I'm also addicted to.. Hmmm.. Nothing in my head now. Maybe next time. So that's all from me people. Btw, Uni life is kinda boring for me still!

Awesome book to have, its about the whites and blacks waaaaay back *thats my awesome bookmark*

When you read books like this, it boggles your mind on how life treats us or vice-versa, its funny. when i was young i used to imagine what it would be like to be someone else's kid. But i guess as you get older, you tend to be happy with what you've accomplished in your own life. This book tells me bout the time when people are discriminated by the colour of their skin. It must've felt awful to be *colourful* at that time. No respect, no chance nor opportunities. Life is so different now, most of us have a choice on what we wanna do. *listening to Eminem* i think he's awesome in so many ways.. he's true to himself, he doesnt really care what the world thinks of him but he does it his way. He makes people respect him for who he is.. oh but wad the heck :P

I think the places I would really go shop and spend money is at a sport outlet. :) I can really stay in there and check out the prices, designs and what I want. Like how girls go shopping. I'm a sucker for shoes!! Anyway, classes starts tomorrow for me which is a good thing. And I was asking Ken what day was today cause I almost forgotten that it was my turn to blog. I had period cramps all day since 3am. Stayed in bed the whole morning till 6pm.

Books to read and study

I am currently reading The Reader by Bernhard Schlink. I loved the movie, but somehow the book 'speaks' more to me. I love how it is written/translated, it's eloquent and beautiful. What a productive day!

Chapter Nine : Why does it make me so sad when I think back to that time? Why does what was beautiful suddenly shatter in hindsight because it concealed dark truths?

Well its the end of my second week of coll, and life so faar? I would say this is a very VERY good start to my new year. College is one thing, the people inside it is aweesomeee :) met loads of new people, some SOOO awesome, some so lame . Perveen is the best of both :0 haha *things i do to make you happy eh?*
Things i found out today, life isn't always complicated. Life brings you options on how and what we wanna think of :) Sabrina and i were talking/laughing about all the things that happened through life, things i/she regret doing, things i/she cherish every second of my/her life. A quote saying " Life is like driving, you can't always make simple u-turns, you need to learn, OR just get simple directions." AHH things i need to think over.. hahaha :) Thats all today :D i manyak manyak suka this week and knowing manyak more will come :) Cheers!

Aunty Doris a partner who works with me found this 2 lil cans of Espresso at work and they were from Japan. Cause almost everything is written in Japanese. Its the 2 cutest thing I have seen and I love it so its standing on the shelf in my room for me to see but its small for anyone to notice. I know right, I'm the official Starbucks freak in the gang. Classes are gonna start for me next week so I will have better photos then all these. :)

No one told me how great college would be, so everything exceeded my initial expectations. My new friends/classmates are silly and friendly, fun to be around with. My teachers are great. Hah, and true, Taylors do have a lot of good-looking guys! Just have to open your eyes :) But this is only the second day... it's gonna get better and better each day!

I made lunch today well at least half of it. Ken made mash potatoes last night so I oven baked the cheese hot dog and cooked omelette then cut some cucumber. What is lunch without a bit of Starbucks vibe right? Starbucks freak I am indeed. =D So it was a alright lunch for me. Trying to not spend money on lunch if the fridge has things I can bite on. But yeah, I ain't a bad cook if I put some effort into it. TRY ME!! =)

Today, was one of the best college days eveeeeeeer :) for me college days are pretty dull cause of the intensity of studying and not having funn.. but today i met up with the gang AFTER college :) which made it totally different.. how oh hoooooow i wish i could see them day by day *isit possible to get sick of you all arh? Blegh.. haha* the talks and laughs.. never can get enough..*you all are my drugs :)*

Had a blast the night before with the gang to celebrate Keith belated 18th Birthday and cause of him they crashed at my place. We talk, we played, we stayed up all night till morning to go have Dim Sum for breakfast. Then at night I had dinner with the CAs with KH, Joanne, Cindy J and Mr.G! Miss them so much. Made them a scrapbook too! See Cindy holding it!! =) It was a great day and night!

I, Sabrina, the youngest author here will be doing the introduction. Because they all bullied me into it! SHAME ON YOU ALL! Geez, no lah, I actually graciously volunteered to do it.

Anyway, why another blog? Why three of us? Apart from being insanely loco, we just want to try something new. Something that can bring us closer, add more colours into our lives, train our commitment, and explore our creativity etc. It all started with my failed project 365, and our idle chats on MSN on this very night (6th of January 2010). Natalie came up with the idea of having a shared blog, and Qian and I fell in love with the idea. Next thing you know... TADA! God bless technology!

So on this blog, we will post a picture up everyday, a picture that represents our day or thoughts. We will keep it short and simple, and "professional" (haha!). We will take turns. I'm doing Saturdays and Wednesdays. Natalie will be doing Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Qian will be doing Mondays and Fridays.

3 of us actually have a lot in common. For one, we are all Aquarians. We're also kinda into that whole astrology and horoscope thingamajiggy, often believing stuffs said about our horoscopes. Apart from that, we tend to have difficulties falling in love - all 3 of us are single and have never really been in a relationship!
